This PR hoists the contents of the
oxidefolder to the top level of the repository. This way there is no additional layer and thecratesandpackagesare all in the top-level.This PR also renames
crates/core(and thustailwindcss-coreandtailwindcss_core) tocrates/oxide(and thustailwindcss-oxideandtailwindcss_oxide)
